I also originally was not a fan of the song. Lately I've revivisted it and it is one very beautiful song. The reason I think that I didn't like it was when I heard it it was played outside in the daytime and in the summers heat it can really slow down a show. Idealy I like it in a theater like the Warfield w/seats and ac going. I've brought this up before about when they played this song mid set in Oakland Colisium opening for the Who and not the song for the time and like I've said the Dead at best were mediocre that day and the WHO played rings around them.Also the Dead ended w/ JBG, then the Whos' set is over and Bill Graham calls them out for an encore and Keith Moon SINGS JBG, iceing on the cake as they say..LW
